Our
famous Low Country Boil has been a popular southern traditional meal we
have offered for a variety of occasions. We take pride in offering only
locally harvested jumbo shrimp in every boil we serve. Our basic
and most popular menu combination includes Fresh Jumbo Shrimp, Smoked
Sausage, Corn-on-the-cob, new potatoes and sweet onions. All of these
ingredients are slowly added and boiled together in our own special
seasonings until cooked to perfection. This meal is served with fresh
rolls, southern cole slaw, gourmet chocolate brownies and all the
condiments: including cocktail sauce, butter, mustard, hot sauce and
lemons. To accompany this meal, we also offer both sweet and
unsweetened tea.
Whether hosting a low country boil for your wedding party, family
reunion or business gathering, you and your guests will enjoy a true
tradition low country meal. We cook on site in our large boil pots at
your desired location and serve it hot!
Other items we provided include: napkins, clear plastic utensils,
Chinet paper dinner plates, 12oz clear cups and beverage ice. Dominic’s
catering Company will also provide serving utensils and containers for
both the cold and hot entrees, and serving tables with checkered
blue/white linens. White linens are also available upon request.
We do not provide tables and linens for seated guests.
If you care to jazz up your boil, we also offer local farm raised clams
and Alaskan Crab Legs.
